We have established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 100,000 sq. ft. in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR), equipped with cutting-edge machinery and advanced equipment.

We manufacture our cables using high-speed extruders equipped with online Beta Gauges for precise size control. Plug moulding is carried out on advanced, CNC-controlled high-speed moulding machines to ensure consistency and quality.
We have recently acquired fully robotized, high-capacity moulding machines to meet the growing demands of our customers efficiently and consistently.

We have set up a fully equipped test laboratory, qualified by UL and BIS, to rigorously evaluate the functional, reliability, and safety parameters of our cables and cords.
We regularly use specially designed bending test equipment for all types of moulded cords. This equipment tests the reliability of moulded power cords by bending them in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions at specified angles, speeds, load conditions, and number of cycles.
We use a four-way programmable high-voltage tester to check the insulation strength of all three inner conductors of moulded power cords in a single setting.
